A studio service
Facebook & Instagram ads, for books already live.
Amazon ads reach people searching for a book; Meta ads reach the parents and gift-buyers who didn't know they wanted one. We manage Facebook and Instagram campaigns for published titles — creative built from the book's own illustrations, audiences tested methodically, traffic sent through Amazon attribution links — all run inside your client's or your agency's Meta ad account, reported white-label for you to forward.
N° 01The system
Structured campaigns, creative the book already owns.
A picture book is unusually well-armed for Meta ads: it comes with its own scroll-stopping creative. We cut ad variations directly from the book's illustrations — spread details, cover crops, short motion pans — so every impression looks like the product, and the click lands on a listing that matches the ad.
Around that creative sits a disciplined structure: audiences defined and tested one variable at a time, budgets concentrated on what proves out, and a weekly optimisation pass that retires losers before they spend another week.
01
Campaign structure
Prospecting and retargeting-style layers built per book with clean naming and one job per ad set — a structure your agency can read at a glance in the client's account.
02
Creative variations from the art
Multiple ad variants per book cut from the illustrations — static spread details, cover-led cards, and short motion pans — tested against each other rather than guessed at.
03
Audience testing
Parents by child age, gift-buyers around gifting seasons, and interest stacks around picture books and read-aloud niches — tested methodically, scaled only on evidence.
04
Amazon attribution links
Traffic runs through Amazon attribution links, so book campaigns get sales signal without a website or pixel — the listing is the landing page.
05
Weekly optimisation
A weekly pass on every account: fatigued creative rotated out, losing audiences cut, winning ad sets fed — with every change noted for the report.
06
White-label reporting
A monthly report per book — spend, reach, clicks, attributed sales, and what changed — written unbranded so your agency forwards it as its own work.
N° 02How it runs
Their account, your retainer, our weekly discipline.
Everything runs inside your client's — or your agency's — Meta ad account: their billing, their data, their ownership, with access granted to us and revocable at any time. Nothing routes through accounts of ours, and we hold no badge or certification from any ad platform — the discipline of the management is the substance, not a label.
Paired with Amazon Ads, this closes the loop on discovery: Amazon captures the readers already searching, Meta creates the demand that search alone never finds. Agencies running both retainers on a title get one coordinated picture of what's actually selling the book.
01
Onboarding
Access is granted inside the client's or agency's Meta Business settings — their ad account, their payment method, their audiences. Setup includes attribution links created in the client's Amazon account.
02
Launch phase
The first weeks are deliberate testing: several creative variants against several audiences at contained budgets, so scaling decisions are made on the book's own data rather than category folklore.
03
Steady state
Weekly optimisation keeps the account moving — rotation, cuts, and scaling — and the monthly report lands ready to forward. Budget levels stay wholly in your and your client's control.
04
Scale across your roster
Each new title inherits the structure, the naming, and the tested audience playbook. Your agency adds a second ads retainer per book without adding ads staff.

Questions
The answers we give most often.
- Whose ad account do the campaigns run in?
- Your client's or your agency's — never ours. We're granted partner access inside their Meta Business settings, their payment method funds the spend, and they own every audience and result. Access can be revoked at any time, and nothing about the account routes through us.
- What's the minimum ad budget?
- We don't set one — budgets are decided by your agency with your client, and we structure the campaigns to fit. What we will say is that the testing phase works best with enough budget to give several creative and audience variants a fair read; we'll tell you honestly if a proposed level is too thin to learn from.
- How do you track sales without a website or pixel?
- Through Amazon attribution links, created in the client's own Amazon account. Each ad's traffic carries its own link, so purchases on the listing are credited back to the campaign that drove them — sales signal for book ads without a landing site, a pixel, or any extra infrastructure.
- How often do we get reports?
- Monthly by default — one unbranded report per book covering spend, reach, clicks, attributed sales, and what changed and why, written to be forwarded to your client as-is. The weekly optimisation notes feed into it, and roster-programme agencies also get a consolidated view.
- Can we resell this at a markup?
- Yes — that's the model. You set your own retainer price to your client; our fee to you is wholesale and drops with volume. Reports arrive unbranded so your agency presents the whole service as its own.
- Where does the ad creative come from?
- From the book. Ad variants are cut from the title's own illustrations and cover — static details, cover-led cards, and short motion pans — so the ad, the listing, and the product all look like one thing. For titles we produced, the source art is already in house; for others, we work from supplied files.
